D. Joseph Perez is a native of Los Angeles, California. He studied Philosophy, B.A, at Arizona State University.
He relocated to New York City, in June 2006, to work as a photo assistant.
Since June 2008, he has been freelancing as a commercial and editorial photographer.
His publications include: Let Them Eat Cake (UK), TimeOut New York, Clam (UK) and 100-Women Magazine.
